This past April I had the opportunity to learn the basics of French cuisine at the Paul Bose Institut in Ecully, France. Enjoy a 5 course meal of some of my favorite dishes as well as the amazing stories of how they came about. I will be sampling 2 of my favorite French wines will the meal.
